Erin Villa is a beautiful, privately owned 3- bed roomed villa, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It features a private 8m x 5m pool, landscaped gardens, air conditioning and heating. The property sleeps 8 in privacy: there is one double and two twin bedrooms and downstairs there is a comfortable (double) sofa bed that can sleep two. There is one main bathroom and one en-suite bathroom, plus a downstairs WC.

Kitchen has a seated breakfast bar area, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine. Separate utility room with ironing board and iron and plenty of storage space.

Dining room seats 8 comfortably and has nice views out to the patio and pool area. There are five sets of patio doors out to the pool area making the downstairs of the villa light, bright and airy.

Living room with beautiful, high quality leather sofas, plenty of space and a double sofa bed. There is large TV with digital channels, a DVD player and a Playstation. Downstairs also has a guest cloakroom.

Marble staircase leads to three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors out to stunning roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. All bedrooms have balconies and substantial built in storage cupboards.


Secret Valley, Paphos, Cyprus
Erin Villa is in the south west of Cyprus, just 10 minutes drive east from the airport and 20 minutes from the ancient harbour town of Paphos. It is also conveniently close to 3 of the most prestigious golf courses in Cyprus; Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada. For families, couples and golfers, it is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or a base for exploring the sights of south west Cyprus.

Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at 'Petra Tou Romiou', Pissouri, Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

Above Secret Valley itself, lies the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
